My all-time favorite Idol-Marilyn Monroe. Oh, and here's another purse I'm coveting right now by PUMA. I am draggin' my butt today since I just have 2 appts. at 1pm and 2pm today. I am officially on contract schedule but I am charging a full day's work because I have worked many a nights at home where I didn't get paid since I am a 'salary' employee. Whatever! I ended up NOT going to San Diego since I'm going on the 16th with A & M. (ha! ha! a school reference by accident, I am an under-grad Aggie) We're supposed to go to the Outlets in Viejas, a casino resort that has shopping outlets and other venues where they can rake your money in from you. Anyway, I better get going because I am not in the best of moods. Mondays are not my forte. I really need to get on my killer workout schedule where I worked out 6 days a week and got up at 8am everyday since my body had boo-koo adrenaline from working out on a regular basis. I miss having that energy and having the self-discipline to have my 'stuff' together. My mantra is...'I will do it, I will finish it, I will be the me I want to be!'

Song of the day: Seven Nation Army-White Stripes-I need a killer anthem so I can get my lazy bones in check. Besides, it's from their CD Elephant which is the same name for Gus Van Sant's new movie which just won the Pom D'Or at Cannes. 'Elephant', as far as GVS describes, is a Columbine reference and a play on the old joke that there's a pink elephant (problem) in the room (world) that everyone knows exists but doesn't talk about aloud.
