Dudes and Dudettes! I will have to chat longer later. I am at work and my online access at home is on the fritz! I am so hungry so I'm gonna go mess up my gastro-intestinal and cardio-vascular systems and eat some Fried Chicken, in honor of the south! Anyway, I best be goin'... Later dawgs! Oh, I went to the gym today and worked out. I'm planning to go tomorrow to Krav. I figure my body needs to suffer if I'm gonna be feeding it chicken, right? Later alligators!
